Delivery and collection

You can have an order delivered anywhere in UK mainland by tracked courier, or collect it free from our Leeds warehouse. Both are chosen at checkout.

• Where do you deliver?

  We currently offer UK mainland delivery only. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
• How much does delivery cost?

  Delivery is charged at £2.99 per item (SKU) and is automatically calculated at checkout.

  Orders with a total goods value of over £1,000 qualify for free delivery.

• How will my order be delivered?

  All orders are shipped using a fully tracked delivery service.
• When will my order be dispatched?

  Orders are dispatched with a processing time of up to 2 working days.
• Can I still collect my order?

  Yes, collection is free and available as a checkout option.
• How can I collect my order?

  Once your order is ready, you will be contacted with collection details for our Leeds location: Valley Mills, Whitehall Road, Drighlington, BD11 1NQ.
• Can I change my delivery address?

  You can select or add delivery addresses within your account at checkout.

  If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can be made where operationally possible.

• Will I receive tracking information?

  Yes, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
